Upside Down Cake
Ingredients
cake
1-1/4 cups milk
3/4 cups butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1tblsp vanilla
2-3/4 cups Cake & Pastry Flour
topping
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
1 small can pineapple slices (drained)
1 small can peach slices ( drained)
red cherries (optional)
method
Cream sugar & butter,then add vanilla and eggs.
Add flour alternately with milk
Melt brown sugar and butter, pour into cake pan.
Arrange fruit in the bottom of a cake pan ,then pour in batter
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Turn out onto cake plate and let cool.
